Jumeirah Lake Towers is a mixed-use waterfront development in Dubai. It is home to Dubai Multi Commodities Center – DMCC, the largest and fastest-growing free zone in the UAE. JLT Dubai features 26 clusters, each named after a letter from the English alphabet – A to Z. Each cluster has three buildings apartments, offices, shops and hotels. These high-rise clusters in JLT are split roughly by a road connecting Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) with First Al Khail Street (D86).
 
JLT community spans 2 million sq.m. and features 87 towers. The area also has more than 300 restaurants and more than 500 shops. The residential towers in JLT are constructed along the edges of three artificial lakes: Lake Almas West, Lake Almas East and JLT Lake.
 
The neighbourhood has a range of communal facilities such as supermarkets, educational institutes and dining options. It is situated next to Sheikh Zayed Road and has two metro stations providing an easy commute to neighbouring areas.
