DAMAC Hills, formerly known as Akoya by DAMAC, is located in the heart of Dubailand. Its master developer is DAMAC Properties, best known for conceptualising and completing several luxury residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in the GCC. Spanning 42 million sq. ft., DAMAC Hills is home to a variety of mix-use properties. It is located on Al Qudra Road (D63) and features townhouses, villas and apartments beside retail, sports, spa, wellness and leisure facilities.
